Introvert : Extrovert Houses Gain Planning Consent!

We were delighted to learn that our project for a small development of two bespoke houses was awarded planning consent this week.

The project has become affectionately known as Introvert / Extrovert to reflect the architectural response to the two adjacent yet site specific settings. One dwelling is larger and outward looking addressing the main street frontage and strengthens the existing building line.

The secondary dwelling to the rear of the site enjoys independent access from a secondary residential street to the rear of the plot. This area of the site is overlooked from existing dwellings and as such the new building is inward looking, arranged around a central courtyard.

We are delighted to be advancing the designs into the technical phases with a view to construction next year.

If you are planning to build a house or a development project we would be delighted to hear from you.
