Mitchell Street : Crieff

Masterplanning : Housing

Struan Homes

Planning Approved

An exciting development project consisting of 14 residential units within the Crieff Town Centre Conservation Area. Buildings are pushed forward to the street edge to create framed views of Crieff Parish Church located close-by and create an intimate mews environment.

A shared surface street encourages pedestrian priority allowing children to play safely. The buildings are designed in a simple consistent aesthetic with mono pitched roofs, slate cladding to lower level and feature bay windows to upper floors.

Both apartments and houses share consistent architectural character creating a strong contemporary identity for the development.
